Looking for developers to bridge the hyperlocal and GIS

A couple of months ago I started MSGE: a mobile and social geo experiment. My goal : introduce the Dutch GIS world to the hyperlocal, experiment with the social (how do we connect) and the geo part (are these points of interests on the “right” place). Here is why I believe that is important.
This experiment will end on Foursquare day this april 16th, after which I would like to evaluate the experiment.
In the meantime, I am looking for developers to bridge these two worlds. Any takers? Takers always tend to circle around @Geodan in the Netherlands, but maybe there are a few other volunteers?
